He's looking for love. She's looking for trouble...
As a successful doctor and weekend cowboy, Chase Cooper enjoys a full life with plenty of female company. But lately, something hasn't felt right. He's been distracted. Antsy. Damn it, he's been lonely. With an eye on settling down with a nice girl, Coop invites his high school best friend down to his ranch to see if maybe she's the one for him...
Instead, her twin sister shows up. The one who loathes him.
Julia Blair is already halfway to Coop's ranch when she learns the invitation wasn't for her, but her vivacious twin sister. She has two choices: slink back home, or see just how far this farce will go. One glance at hotter-than-sin Coop, and she knows she's playing a dangerously hot game. Because what this cowboy wants, this cowboy gets...
Previously released on Entangled's Flaunt imprint as Cowboy's Way - November 2013 and has been enhanced with new material.

Well, this was a short, somewhat sexy read. There’s this guy, Chase, who was best friends with a girl in high school while secretly crushing on her identical twin sister Julia. After a rather embarrassing encounter, Julia who always thought Chase liked her sister, told him in no uncertain terms that he was not her type.
Now some years later, Chase is going through some difficult family times and started to regret his bachelor life. So he invites her high school best friend to his dude ranch thinking maybe getting along with someone is the way to start a relationship.
Unbeknownst to him, his invitation falls in Julia’s hands, so when the girl of his dreams comes out to his ranch, he can’t believe his luck.
He’ll now only have to prove to Julia that she was always the girl in his heart, and he was never interested or involved with her twin… Good luck with that.
Julia is a serious, work oriented lawyer. Always cast as the serious, responsible twin, she kind of let her life pass by, so when she gets an invitation from a past secret admirer, she does something spontaneous for the first time in her life.
If only Chase knew he was the boy in her every fantasy, now she’ll have the chance to pretend to be the fun twin and spends a week long having the best sex of her life.
Well, them having a lot of sex in a lot of different locations is pretty much all I can say for this story. The characters didn’t have a lot of depth, the family situation, while painful in real life, was a bit overplayed as was the aura of mystery surrounding it (total overkill in my opinion). Julia was a little too insecure and both of them suffered from lack-of-communication syndrome, which as usual drove me bonkers. As I didn’t connect with the characters a lot, the sexy scenes weren’t that fantastic… and there were a couple of spanks and even a riding crop that didn’t really go at all with the storyline. I still don’t get this need from some authors to kink-up their books.
This wasn’t a bad book, it just didn’t really work for me. My dad used to have this super stupid saying when the weather was mild “it must be 0 degrees because it’s not hot nor cold”… well, I kind of felt this way about this read.
