The kind of love that makes you dance in the rain and bottle up the sunset. The once in a lifetime kind of love that authors write about, musicians sing about, and lovers dream about.Could a certain police officer in training, who has come to her rescue in the past, be the one to swoop in and save her heart? What if the love Kate desperately seeks has been in front of her the whole time? She just needs to open her eyes to see it...*Disclaimer: This book contains a hot as hell stripper with a penchant for public sex and exhibitionism who may or may not succeed in bringing out the inner firecracker in all of us. Oh, and don't forget the batteries.*

Nightdancer wants his Firebird forever…..

True Bliss is the second in the Bliss series. This story starts off with us getting to know Kate and Zander. Kate is the best friend of Mac, the heroine in Temporary Bliss. Zander was Mac’s stripper friend with benefits who was also a Rookie Cop. Kate has always loved her fairy tales and hopes to one day meet the man of her dreams who will love and protect her like all Prince Charming’s should. Zander had met Kate and thought she was wonderful but their first one on one interaction doesn’t end well.

I loved that Zander is dedicated to Kate, but I felt his secret wasn’t as big a deal as what it became. The internet dating was quite funny but was exactly how I expect some of the setups to work out. Zander being called Nightdancer was corny but funny too. Kate’s reaction to the reveal was OTT, but she’s female so it probably shouldn’t have surprised me.

Love the family and friends dynamics and I especially loved the bonus chapters with Mac and Daniel. I am enjoying this series and will definitely be reading more.

I love gifts.  Thanks BJ Harvey for the gifted copy of True Bliss.
